Refund requests must be received via email by Latin American Immigration Association within FIVE (5) calendar days of the date of registration.

No refunds will be issued after FIVE (5) calendar days from the date of registration. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.

You may request to have your registration transferred to another student in the event you are unable to attend the training class personally.

While we take every measure to ensure your class experience is a great one, we do not offer refunds for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to:
– LAIA having to reschedule a class due to instructor illness or emergency
– LAIA or student losing power or internet connection
– Student not having the proper software installed, or student not being able to attend the class for any reason.
