Refund Policy

All sales are final. LAIA training courses, certification programs, live trainings, memberships, membership benefit programs, digital products, and payment plans are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, transfers, or chargebacks will be issued for any reason.

Members or students enrolled in a multi-payment or installment plan remain fully responsible for completing all scheduled payments for the full term of the agreement, regardless of participation, usage, cancellation, or access to benefits or materials. Canceling a membership or discontinuing participation does not release the purchaser from any remaining payment obligations.

By purchasing or enrolling in any LAIA course, training, or membership program, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
